I'll try to make this as short as possible and as long as possible.

1. I quit trying to draw anything fantastic. Accualy. I'm for the most part: DONE WITH DRAWING ON A FANTASY LEVEL. The main reason is.. I'm better with graphics and marketable designs based on simple graphics, layouts, typography etc.

2. Despite how it might look like i would go from fantasy art and illustration major.. I'm not even gonna try in anyway to get a art or fine arts or design degree. I'm even skipping over a commercial design/marketing/advertising.

3. I AM however, as i've always been, obssessed with the dead, old, and ancient (and usualy occult in nature) stuff in general. So i'm going back to what i thought would be a crappy, going nowhere career when i was 8. Antropology/Archeology. Probly linguistics and stuffu. I love ancient stuff esspecialy ancient languages. So ther we go. At least i'll be doing something i've always loved to do and that (un like art or whatever you'd like to call it) doesn't put stress on me trying to do it to the quality that i wnat it at.

4. My site DEAD-FLIES.NET is still gonna be up. And i'm gonna since i'm ditchign the whole art idea. Makes putting stuff on the site a lot easier sicne all i gotta do is type it up. So look for more stuff ther within the next month.


The main reasons for abbandoning the site and art:

My computer completly shut down and refuses to work for me and i'm not working on my moms computer in the living room without adobe photoshop. At least i have adobe photoshop on my 6 or 7 year old computer tha i bout from my cousin for 150 and isa dell (its finaly proved its worth). And i still need to get my old main compter fixed.

Seeing as it prob needs a new harddrive - i find it unlikly that i will be getting it fixed any time soon.

I've gotten into knitting.

Yes. Me. Knitting. Seeing as probly no one on here knows anything out be other the the fact that i might have a bit of an obssession iwht vampires, like art, pretty things that are good only for confusing you adn looking pretty, and that i have a bit of an obssesion with revamping my site over and over and over and over andover again and again. . . It's probly not as shocking to you as it is to one or two people that have managed to find out WAAAY more hten they would ever want to know about me.

I see this as a great new obbsession because i have an excuse to buy pretty yarns and spend countless hours in my bedroom watching movies and doing something minorly productive.

And yes. Knitting stuff will be on my site eventualy.


Thats about it. I'll be sure to place a random, pointless and uneventful but long entry here in the DA journal once every few months. or seconds... or years.
